Single Sign-On (SSO)
Keep your workspace secure and simplify member access by setting up SSO with your organization’s trusted identity provider. SSO makes onboarding faster and reduces password fatigue for your team.When SSO enforcement is enabled, anyone with the configured email domain can log in only through SSO. After they log in, they are automatically added to the workspace as members with the “viewer” seat type.

Enable SSO in your workspace
Enable SSO in your workspace so Base44’s login will offer the SSO-based sign-in option for your organization:
- Go to your workspace.
- Click the SSO tab at the top.
- Click Set Up next to Single Sign-On Configuration.
- Follow the prompts to connect your identity provider (for example, Google or Azure).

App visibility management
With Base44 enterprise solutions, you have control over how apps are managed and who can access them in your workspace. Set the default app visibility to match your organization’s security and compliance needs, and customize whether your members can override these defaults for individual apps. To configure app visibility and policies:- Go to your workspace.
- Click the Apps tab.
- Under App Policies, set the Default App Visibility for all apps created in this workspace:
- Private: Apps are only visible to their users and require authentication.
- Workspace: Apps are visible to all workspace members, authentication required.
- Public: Apps are publicly accessible but still require authentication.
- Public (No Login): Apps are fully accessible without any authentication.
- Enable the toggle for Allow Members to Override Default Visibility if you want members to set less restrictive settings for their apps.
