SSO for workspace access

Keep your workspace secure and make access easier by setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) with your organization’s trusted identity provider (for example, Google or Azure). When you enable SSO, your team can sign in to Base44 using your organization’s login system, speeding up onboarding and reducing the need to remember multiple passwords.
Note: When SSO is enabled, anyone with the configured email domain can log in only through SSO. After they log in, they are automatically added to the workspace as members with the Viewer seat type.

SSO for app access

SSO for app access lets enterprise admins control how users sign in to every app in a workspace using one sign-on provider. When enabled, all apps in your workspace automatically use your company’s SSO provider, so you don’t need to configure SSO for each app separately. This saves time, keeps your security consistent, and makes it simple to manage access for everyone who uses your apps. For example, if your company has 10 different apps in the workspace, enabling SSO for app access means your users will log in to any of those apps with the same company credentials, instead of creating or managing different logins for each app.
Only enterprise admins can manage SSO for app access. Once enabled, app users will use your organization’s SSO credentials to access every app in the workspace.
