# Get template listing pending update

Shows whether an update to a template listing is waiting for review, and which listing details it changes. Check it after you [submit an update](/api-reference/submit-template-listing-update) to a public template. A workspace template never has one waiting, because its updates apply right away.

Get it from `catalog_items` in [Check app delete impact](/api-reference/check-app-delete-impact).

You need to be an owner or admin of the app's workspace. For a listing shared only within a workspace, you need to be an owner or admin of that workspace.

This endpoint is limited to 60 requests a minute per caller.

<Note>This endpoint accepts a personal API key. A read-only key is refused, even though this endpoint only reads.</Note>
