# Finding communities and events in Basecamp

> Use Basecamp to find Base44 community groups near you, RSVP to workshops, office hours, and hackathons, and submit your own group to the community directory.

Basecamp is the home for the Base44 community. Find a group of builders near you, see what is coming up, and RSVP to workshops, office hours, hackathons, and meetups run by the Base44 team and by builders around the world.

To open Basecamp, click **Community** in your workspace, then click **Basecamp**. You can also browse without signing in at [base44.com/basecamp](https://base44.com/basecamp).

The top of the page shows where builders gather, with a map of active communities and upcoming events alongside the total number of builders, communities, and continents represented.

## Finding an event

Basecamp opens on the **Events** tab, which lists everything coming up. Search by event, community, or city, or narrow the list with the filters at the end of the row.

* **All formats**: Virtual, in person, or hybrid.
* **All types**: AMA, Intro to Vibe Coding, networking, workshop, hackathon, or other.
* **All locations**: The cities where events are happening.
* **All upcoming**: Switch between upcoming events and the archive of past events.

Next to the filters, you can switch between the list view and the calendar view. The calendar view lays events out on a month grid, and clicking a day narrows the list to that day.

Events happening right now are marked **Live now**.

## RSVPing to an event

RSVP to hold your place and get the details by email. You can RSVP from a card in the list, or from the event's own page.

## Finding a community

The **Communities** tab lists every approved community group, grouped by region so worldwide groups appear first. Each card shows the platform the group runs on, its location, roughly how many members it has, and the language spoken there.

Search by community or city, or narrow the directory with the filters.

* **All interests**: No-code, vibe coding, AI, fintech, health, design, sports, or general.
* **All locations**: Americas, Europe, APAC, MENA, Africa, Oceania, or worldwide.
* **All languages**: The languages the listed groups use, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Hebrew, and Arabic.
* **All platforms**: Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Meetup, Facebook, Telegram, in person, or online.

Click a card to open that community's invite link and join.

A **Verified** badge means Base44 runs and moderates the group. Groups without the badge are run by their own community, and Base44 does not moderate what is shared there, so you confirm before you open one.

## Submitting your community

Run a Base44 or vibe coding group of your own? Submit it so other builders can find you. The team reviews every submission before it goes live in the directory, and you get a note once your group is listed.

<Tip>
  Sign in to your Base44 account before you start. You need an invite link that anyone can open, and it must start with `http://` or `https://`.
</Tip>

**To submit your community:**

1. Click **Community** in your workspace, then click **Basecamp**.
2. Click **Submit your community**.
3. Enter your **Community name**.
4. Select the **Platform** your group runs on and the **Region** it covers.
5. Enter the **Location** as a city and country.
6. Select the size of your group under **Members**, then select an **Interest** and a **Language**.

9. Click **Submit for review**.
